ABOUT
In 2016, Cyreta had a vision to create a safe space for youth workers from all walks of life. A safe space to be heard, seen, supported and to professionally evolve.
Cyreta Oduniyi has been a youth practitioner for over 10years. She has had the honor of working a wide of variety of positions as a youth practitioner. Over the years she has spent a lot of time building authentic relationships with young ppl and their families. Cyreta believes true authentic youth work can not be separated from the young person’s family and community. During her journey she Begin to notice that although the field of youth work started to get professional recogintion, and the demand for youth engagement was thriving. She also noticed the severe burnout of her colleagues and herself.
